Inheritance and Innovation of Engineering Management Informatization

摘要： In the life-cycle of large projects, the operational phase lasts the longest, costs the most and substantially benefits the project. During the whole phase, energy, material and human resources may cost a lot. Effective control of such costs is one of the main targets of engineering management informatization. How to lower the organization collaboration cost in project management and how to support effective collaboration among different areas, organizations and departments in the ways of technology and management are major goals in engineering management informatization. In the phase of project operation, project owners, partners and customers are the stakeholders of engineering management informatization. Through the case of airport management informatization, inherited and innovation of engineering management informatization will be discussed. It is illustrated that airport informatization is the innovation of business model and technology applications through the analysis and study on cases of airport informatization.

摘要：

在工程的全生命周期中，工程运营阶段的历时最长、成本投入最大，且是工程效益体现的主要环节。在工程运营阶段的成本投入中，能源、人力资源及设备更新占了很大的比重，对这些成本的有效控制，是信息化实现的重要目标之一；在工程运营阶段，工程管理机构与客户及合作伙伴共同构成信息化的主体，工程利益相关者的有效协作是信息化成功的关键所在，本文以机场信息化为例，对工程管理信息化的继承与创新进行了探讨。

秦巴山脉区域跨域性政府协同治理体系构建研究

摘要：

区域性问题的解决依赖于同区域内各个地方政府之间的协同合作，而秦巴山脉区域内的多头治理以及政府间缺乏政策协调的现状，已经明显制约了区域经济建设、生态保护的可持续发展。针对秦巴山脉区域内各地方政府目前协同合作中表现出的缺乏系统规划和全局思路、合作程度较浅以及合作领域较窄等问题，本文阐述了组织间合作网络理论，分析了长江流域综合治理的成功经验，据此提出了构建秦巴山脉区域三级协同治理体系的总体思路。研究建议：进一步加强秦巴山脉区域的统筹规划、在国家层面设立专门机构来落实协同治理的“协调人”角色、发挥区域性重点建设工程对协同治理的引领和实践作用、推动区域内地方政府间的人员交流和换位思考。相关研究可为秦巴山脉区域建立区域政府协同治理机制、提高政府治理水平提供参考。

Research on the Relationship between Personal-Organizational Values Fit and Job Involvement of the New

摘要： To improve the management of the new generation of employees, the authors have discussed the relationship between the personal-organizational values fit and job involvement of the new generation of employees, and made perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. The empirical results found that the personal-organizational values fit had a significant positive effect on job involvement of the new generation of employees and the perceived organizational support became as the mediating variable.

车桥耦合动力分析方法及验证

摘要：

本文系统研究了车桥耦合动力系统的分析方法。随着铁路技术的发展，车桥耦合动力分析日臻成熟，此类研究对评判桥梁设计方案、确保列车运行的安全性与平稳性具有重要意义。车桥耦合动力研究中考虑轨道不平顺、结构变形、风荷载、撞击荷载、结构损伤、基础冲刷和地震等因素的影响，其研究方法主要包括解析法、数值模拟法以及试验研究法三类。本文的车辆子系统模型以刚体动力学方法建立，桥梁子系统模型以有限元方法建立，竖向与横向轮轨关系分别以轮轨密贴假定和 Kalker 线性蠕滑理论定义。车桥耦合动力方程以全过程迭代法求解。算例讨论了CRH380BL 高速列车通过我国标准设计桥梁的动力响应，计算了车速200~400 km·h^-1 范围内车辆与桥梁子系统的动力响应，并分析了振动发生的机理。

Impact of inter-fuel substitution on energy intensity in Ghana

摘要： Energy intensity and elasticity, together with inter-fuel substitution are key issues in the current development stage of Ghana. Translog production and ridge regression are applied for studying these issues with a data range of 2000–2015. The current energy dynamics reveal the expected inverse relationship: higher energy intensity and lower elasticity with economic growth. There are evidences of energy-economic challenges: high energy cost, inefficiency and backfire rebound effect. The implications are higher energy losses in the system, more consumption of lower-quality energy together with low energy technology innovation. Energy is wasted and directly not productive with economic activities. It is observed further that the higher energy intensity invariably increases CO emission because approximately 95% of total energy is derived from hydrocarbons and biomass. An inter-fuel substitution future scenario design was further conducted and the results were positive with growth, lower energy intensity, and improved energy efficiency. Therefore, government and energy policymakers should improve energy efficiency, cost, and productiveness. That is, they should change energy compositions and augment energy technology innovation, thus, increasing renewable share to 15% by 2026, reducing wood and charcoal by about 69%, and increasing natural gas to about 776%. Energy policymakers should enhance the installation of smart energy, cloud energy solution, tokenization of energy system and storage.

Organizational evolution of project management teams over the whole lifecycle of megaprojects: Case study

摘要： Project management teams are critical in the implementation of megaprojects, but their evolution throughout the project lifecycle has not been clearly explained. This paper explores the organizational evolution of megaproject management teams through a longitudinal retrospective case study of the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge (HZMB) project. The organizational evolution is examined in terms of management objectives, management content, and organizational structure. The organizational evolution of the HZMB project management team exhibits stage differentiation with the coexistence of turbulence and stability. Changes in the external environment are the driving force for organizational evolution, whereas a flexible organizational strategy is critical in promoting this evolution. Basing on the HZMB case study, this paper summarizes six critical measures that facilitate the organizational evolution of megaproject management teams. Our findings add value to megaproject management theory and provide a better understanding of the dynamics and complexity of megaproject organizational management.

The psychology of organizational and social sustainability

摘要： This paper presents 12 dimensions of work with the aim of providing further understanding of the relationship between work and the psychological well-being of workers. Previous research has indicated that these dimensions are significant in establishing such a relationship, which is essential to creating good work. These dimensions are also influential in their effect on the psychological state of workers and are translated specifically into actionable items in the workplace. A hypothetical system model is developed to relate these dimensions to one another, to workers, and to organizations. This set of dimensions also serves as a basis for further development of work design and evaluation tools.

Understanding barriers to BIM implementation: Their impact across organizational levels in relation to

摘要： This multiple case study of a contracting firm contributes to understanding the barriers that organizations face during the implementation of building information modeling (BIM) by providing insights into the impact of these barriers across different organizational levels (i.e., from top management to project teams) and by relating these barriers to different degrees of BIM maturity. First, we observe the dominance of barriers related to the motivation, competence, and time capacity of people across all levels of an organization. Second, the cluster of barriers at the middle-management level highlights the important role of this level in reducing these barriers. Third, only those cases with a low level of BIM maturity have struggled with lack of top management support, thereby highlighting the importance of such support in achieving BIM maturity growth. High BIM maturity situations are more prone to externally oriented barriers in attempting to further leverage the benefits of BIM. Our study provides insights on where to focus BIM implementation measures and how to enhance organizational BIM maturity.

Experimental investigation and comparative study of inter-turn short-circuits and unbalanced voltage

摘要： A transient model for an induction machine with stator winding turn faults on a single phase is derived using reference frame transformation theory. The negative sequence component and the 3rd harmonic are often considered as accurate indicators. However, small unbalance in the supply voltage and/or in the machine structure that exists in any real system engenders the same harmonics components. In this case, it is too difficult to distinguish between the current harmonics due to the supply voltage and those originated by inter-turn short-circuit faults. For that, to have the correct diagnosis and to increase the sensitivity and the reliability of the diagnostic system, it is crucial to provide the relationship between the inter-turn short-circuits in the stator winding and the supply voltage imbalance through an accurate mathematical model and via a series of experimental essays.

Financing Model Decision of Inter-basin Water Transfer Projects

摘要： Inter-basin Water Transfer Projects require the appropriate financing model to attract large amounts of social investment. Therefore, financing model decision becomes the key of engineering construction. In three aspects, such as the subject, the object and the target of the financing model, Grey Target Model is established in this paper. First, the complex financing mode decision problems of Inter-basin Water Transfer Projects are decomposed by using hierarchical decomposition method. Then Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight of evaluation index. Experts’ opinions financing model are transformed into the evaluation matrix based on the Dephi method. The Weighted Grey Target Model is used to calculate the approaching degree of financing model and assists financing mode decision. In addition, this paper takes the water diversion project from the Han to the Wei River of Shaanxi Province as a verification example for the model. For other water diversion projects, the evaluation results are also reliable and provide theoretical references for the financing model decision of Inter-basin Water Transfer Projects.

Impacts of inter-sectoral trade on carbon emissions—a case of China in 2007

摘要： With the increase in international trade, more attention has been given to quantifying the impacts of international trade on energy use and carbon emissions. Input-output analysis is a suitable tool for assessing resources or pollutants embodied in trade and it has become a critical tool for performing such analysis. This study estimated the national and sectoral carbon emissions embodied in Chinese international trade using the latest available China input-output table of 2007. The results showed that a significant exporting behavior of embodied carbon emissions existed in China’s trade. Over 1/3 of the emissions in Chinese domestic production processes were generated for exports in 2007. The net balance of emissions embodied in exports and imports accounted for nearly 30% of China’s domestic emissions, which means that any policy made to increase the exports would result in a significant growth of China’s domestic emissions. Since over half of China’s export trade is processing trade, the re-exported emissions could not be overlooked; otherwise, it would hard to capture the actual emissions generated abroad to obtain China’s domestic consumption. The enlargement of export scale is a primary driven factor to the rapid growth of China’s exported emissions. It is necessary for China to adjust its economic and industrial structure to reduce the dependence of economic growth on the export trade. However, when adjusting industry structures or making policies on carbon emission reduction, it will be more reasonable to consider the relationship between production and consumption, rather than just focus on the emission values of sectors’ direct production, as a large part of carbon emissions emitted by the principal direct polluters were generated to obtain the products which were required by other sectors.

高速铁路是复杂的巨系统。京津城际铁路是我国首条工程实践、运营实践的高速铁路，在攻克系统设计与系统集成、轨道高平顺与高稳定、高速列车安全与舒适、运行（营）控制可靠与高效四大方面科技难题和关键技术取得了重大创新成果；历时3年建造，开通运营验证，整体达到世界领先水平；该成果对推进我国铁路网又好又快地建设具有指导性、示范性的重大作用。
